Taking on The Star was a major commitment to our purpose and dream of creating a fantastic atmosphere and stay and eat venue we can be proud of.
We have spent thousands on refurbishing the kitchen alone, putting in a whole new range of equipment and facilities which in turn attained us a five star rating for the kitchen.
